ENROLL

Call us at 1-888-994-3632 to speak  with one of our Cord Blood Specialists. We will send you the enrollment package. Once the enrollment package is filled out, a Collection Kit will be shipped out to you!

BRING YOUR KIT TO THE BIG DAY!

Once you receive the Collection Kit, store it in a safe place together with your birthing bag. On the big day, provide the kit to the delivering physician so he can perform the collection.

COLLECTION OF CORD BLOOD

Immediately after birth, your physician will commence the cord blood collection. The objective is to collect as much blood as possible to ensure a maximum amount of stem cells.

CALL FOR PICKUP

Call our Customer Service at 1-888-994-3632 to notify that your baby’s cord blood has been collected. We will assist you in transporting the unit to our laboratory.

PROCESSING AND STORAGE

The laboratory will process and cryopreserve the cord blood unit. Various test will be conducted to determine the best final product.

PEACE OF MIND

You’ll receive a Cord Blood Laboratory Report within 6-8 weeks containing the results of your baby’s cell count and viability.
